Digitalization project for Allianz

In May 2015 I was hired at SwissVBS in Toronto to be Lead Designer of an exciting new Learning Solution Software project for Allianz Insurance.

The project was called “Allianz: Digitalization”. It was basically an upgrade of older learning solutions SwissVBS had created for Allianz. The earlier learning software was interactive but very limited. Imagine a PowerPoint presentation about changes to insurance protocols with a quiz at the end. However, the Digitalization project was highly ambitious. The Digitilization project consisted of 5 learning modules with tests at the end, but now it also had story, characters and over 10 minutes of animated content. Allianz provided a script based on the two founders of Allianz in late 1800’s Germany: Wilhelm and Carl. In the story, the two characters’ stumble across a Time Warp that transports them to a futuristic Allianz Headquarters in 2030.
